A little music…
So, things have been cranking @ MT Music thanks to the recent release of La Dolce Notte (and if you haven’t got your copy, what are you waiting for?).
For those who may not know…it’s not easy putting out a double disc set! So many things involved and the time spent…sheesh, it’s about as grueling as the Mahut-Isner Wimbledon match that went down on Wednesday (and continues on Thursday).
So let’s get some content and music going again.
Oh, name’s Matty by the way. Been sitting behind the scenes on this blog tweaking some spots, but decided to make a few posts now as well. Been around this crazy scene far too long, but don’t want to leave.
Oh, I have music…well it’s a podcast. Not just me, but others worldwide. Head on over to MCast sometime and check it out.
But, while that’s some music, I’m sharing here what I’m digging right now. Just picked up this beaut and been chugging it pretty hard.
Dessous has quietly been one of my favorite deep house labels over the years. Always solid,, always there, always reliable. Label head Steve Bug (also of Poker Flat) doesn’t disappoint as it’s time to pull a few more secrets out of the bag (volume 1 was released in 2007). Double disc set; disc 1 with some of the tracks, disc 2 with Bug’s “Secret” mix.
